Let’s Talk Poly Real Quick.

What exactly is poly? It’s recycled plastic formatted to create durable outdoor furniture. Due to its low maintenance, durability, longevity, and wide range of colors, poly furniture has quickly become one of the most popular categories in the outdoor living industry. The recycled plastic is broken down and melded into a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) product. HDPE is a lumber substitute manufactured into similar-looking wood boards that make up all outdoor furniture. This plastic has been being used since the ’80s and has only improved in quality over the years. Its high strength-to-weight ratio and versatility make it an excellent choice for most poly furniture. 

Let’s talk Breezesta.

Founded in 1999, manufactured by the Amish in Pennsylvania they create their own poly lumber. Very few poly manufacturers can say that-most outsource their lumber. Since they manufacture their own lumber the result is a unique surface graining with beautiful wood realism that helps to conceal minor scratches.  Breezesta uses Sur-lok joint mortise-and-tenon construction, typically seen in fine woodworking, and is used in ALL products. This ensures a refined design, additional sturdiness and less fasteners. Breezesta uses color-matched, powdered coated, rust- resistant and stainless steel fasteners so subtle or entirely hidden that all you focus on is the rich color and stylish design of the furniture.

This brand new 2022 product is the “golden ratio” fire table designed to be the most aesthetically appealing rectangular shape based on the principles of geometry. Including a 55,000 BTU burner unit, control panel, tempered glass guard, clear, fire-glass beads, a premium polyester table cover, and even a natural gas converter. Features a user friendly, wheeled, pull out drawer that can hold an upright propane tank.


Elementz Fire & Ice.

This is perfect for imitating dining and entertaining in all four seasons. Gaza at the fire on a chilly night, or replace the burner with an ice bowl for chatting with friends around the beverage table all summer long. It’s the perfect conversation height to use with any classic adirondack, the coastal upright adirondack, chill chat chair or one of the deep seating club chairs. 

 

The table includes a 70,000 BTU burner unit, control panel, temperature glass guard, fire-glass beads, a premium polyester table cover and even a natural gas converter. User-friendly, wheeled, pullout drawer that can hold an upright propane tank. The burner can be quickly and easily replaced with a stainless steel beverage cooler (sold separately.)

Care and Maintenance.

For normal day-to-day care of furniture, your furniture can be regularly maintained by hosing down with water or occasionally power-washing on low psi. For periodic maintenance, Breezesta offers a suite of cleaning products including Protect, Clean and Remove Mildew Stains. The clean formulation is safe for poly furniture and effective on grease, grime, dirt and other stains. The Breezesta Mildew Stains formulation is effective at dissolving tough mildew stains. After cleaning furniture, apply the Breezesta Protect to shine and add UV protectors to help prevent color fading and surface cracking.

  • Wash furniture regularly with Breezesta cleaners or non-abrasive soap and water.

  • AVOID:

    • Pressure Washers- when nozzle is placed too close to plastic it can shew and/or fray the plastic leaving a fuzzy look to the plastic and allowing atmospheric dirt and particles to get inside the plastic. Over time the furniture will look dirty and will never clean to its original look.

    • Placing flower pots or any items on furniture that will leave stains

    • Placing hot item directly onto furniture to avoid melting

 

If properly cared for, you’ll be able to relax in your poly furniture for years to come!

Warranty. 

A limited lifetime pro-rated warranty for residential and 5 years of commercial use from date of purchase.

Breezesta warrant to the original homeowner that the Breezesta products will be free from manufacturing defects when subject to normal and proper use and will not crack, splinter, chip, peel, or rot or suffer structural damage including insect infestation.

Lifetime Prorated Residential Warranty Schedule.

For the first 15 years from date of purchase, a 100% credit will be applied toward the purchase of replacement parts or furniture units. After the first 15 years from proof of purchase-A prorated credit will be applied toward the purchase of replacement parts or furniture units in accordance with the table below:

0-15 years= 100%

16-25 years=50% of original purchase price

26-life= 25% of original purchase price

The credit will be based on the purchase price and purchase date shown on the proof of purchase. NO CASH REIMBURSEMENTS will be made in any case.

Following Product line exceptions apply:

  • The Breezesta Basics Product Line- will be free from manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, not transferable, for a maximum of 25 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use.

  • The Veranda Rocker Product line= will be from manufacturing defects to the original purchaser, not transferable for 1 year for residential and commercial use.

Fade Protection.

Warranted to not fade for 3 years; however, upon sun exposure all colors will fade to some degree over time. Breezesta will use their discretion, will determine if fade is beyond normal and replace the parts. 

Hardware.

Warranted to not break for 20 years for residential and 5 years for commercial use. Hardware is warranted not to rust or corrode from effects of weather for 2 years.

  • Mechanical hardware used to create motions as in swivel, rocking or glide is warranted for 2 years against breakage.

Warranty Exclusions.

This warranty does not provide protection against any failure, defect or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including but not limited to: 

  • Assembly or handling of the products, including labor and assembly costs, or defects caused by improper assembly. 

  • Shipping or handling costs of any approved hardware, part, or replacement product. There will be a one (1) year grace period from date of purchase on the shipping costs for any approved warranty. 

  • The application of paint, varnish, or other coatings or chemicals not approved by Breezesta. 

  • • The application of heat or radiation from any external heat source, such as a barbecue grill, other appliance, or fire.

  •  Color or pattern variances between any part or any new replacement part or pieces. We will occasionally discontinue and/or modify products and/or colors. If the original product or color is not available, the warranty replacement item will be made at Casual Living’s discretion with consideration of comparable quality or price.

  •  Expansion and contraction due to extreme changes in temperature or humidity. 

  •  Damage beyond material or and workmanship defects, including, but not limited to, neglect, improper care, unreasonable use, misuse, use for something other than Casual Living's intended purposes  physical abuse, vandalism, accidents, acts of God (fire, flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, etc.) or environmental conditions (mold, mildew, etc.) 

  • Staining caused by rusted or corroded hardware or foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.) or normal weathering.
